What should we be wearing out there? With the 2006 FIFA World Cup just having passed, as spectators of the world’s game, we saw referees wearing colours, and styles of uniforms that we have never seen before. Traditionally referees wear black as their primary colour choice for their jersey. This year Adidas introduced a new line of referee wear that went away from the traditional black and brought in a charcoal grey shirt, short and socks. These uniforms were made of a revolutionary lightweight and breathable fabric. More... GOLF UPDATE! A BIG THANK YOU TO MAL for organizing and fixing the golf tournament this year. This years tournament was a good successand filled with controversy in the end. Although Peirre, Doug and Jim shouldv'e won the title. I guess not playing by the rules bit them in the buttocks. We weren't the only ones who couldn't read. Three teams in total blew their title shots. Thank you to all who participated and hopefully we will see more of you out there next year. The job description given by Mr. Webster and Mr. Oxford is, ' an official who oversees a sport or game where both or one party seek a decision on whether the rules are being followed properly, and penalizes for fouls and infringements'.
