Ask the Referee
Do you have a question about applying the Laws of the Game? Unsure of a restart, or the answer to those tricky, "what if..?" questions? Check out the Ask the Ref page! Ask the Ref is there for one to ask questions and see responses to previous questions. Thank you to our resident expert Richard Sansregret for answering the questions, and to Doug Huber for facilitating this resource.
Art Classes
Advanced Referee Training Classes

ART Classes are held on the third Tuesday of (almost) every month at 7:00 PM. The location is the Rose Kohn Arena Meeting Room, 9350-502 Heritage Drive SW

Each month an invited speaker presents and discusses a topic for the membership. Generally, this is related to a particular aspect of refereeing (handling the benches, time penalty management and the like) or more broad ranging topics like mental preparation or nutrition which are also beneficial for referees. All members of the association are encouraged to attend. There is no charge for these seminars.

Help Needed!
Clubs in Calgary are looking for additional referees to help schedule community level games (U10, U12, U14 Comp A/B, U16 Comp B). If you are interested in picking up some games and helping out the clubs, please contact the individuals listed in the pdf file below.
